Frequently Asked Questions

Do these crayons glow in complete darkness on their own?
No, these are UV-reactive fluorescent crayons; they require an ultraviolet (blacklight) lamp to glow intensely. In normal daylight, they appear as rich, bright neon colors.

How easily does the paint wash off skin and clothing?
The water-soluble cosmetic formula washes off skin easily with warm water and mild soap or facial wipes. We recommend washing fabrics promptly if accidental transfer occurs.

Are these safe for sensitive facial skin?
Yes, the formulation uses gentle, non-toxic cosmetic-grade ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. As with all topical cosmetics, we recommend a small patch test before full application.

How can I reach customer support if I have questions about my order?
