Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the best color match for my woodwork?
Select the shade closest to your wood finish and test it on a hidden area first. Always start with a lighter shade and gradually apply darker coats if needed.

How do I apply the wax filler sticks to deep gouges?
Rub the wax stick firmly across the gouge or hole until completely filled. Gently scrape away excess wax level with the surface using a plastic card, then buff with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Can I use this set on modern white or grey cabinetry?
Yes. Unlike standard brown-only repair sets, this kit specifically includes dedicated White and Grey markers and wax sticks tailored for modern painted furniture and grey oak floors.

How can I reach customer support regarding my order?
You can contact our official customer support team directly at szjyf@outlook.com. Pre-sale inquiries are not supported, but all post-order inquiries are handled promptly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can request a full refund at any time before your order shipment is confirmed. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
