Uni Posca PC-1M Paint Markers Grey 3-Pack

Uni POSCA PC-1M Extra-Fine 0.7mm Grey Paint Markers (3-Pack)

Incorporate subtle architectural tones, realistic drop shadows, and delicate contouring with the genuine Uni POSCA PC-1M Grey Paint Marker 3-Pack. Fitted with an ultra-fine 0.7 mm calibrated bullet tip, the PC-1M is the preferred choice for detailed technical illustrations, intricate lettering, and micro-scale accents. The specialized Grey pigment (No. 37) delivers a balanced neutral shade with rich opacity that covers dark backgrounds effortlessly without muddying adjacent tones. Because POSCA uses a water-based, solvent-free pigment emulsion, this ink provides smooth, matte laydown without chemical fumes or paper bleed-through. When dry, it creates a waterproof, light-resistant film on porous media like paper, wood, canvas, and unglazed ceramics, yet wipes away cleanly from non-porous glass with a damp rag. This 3-pack ensures you never run out of this essential shading and outlining shade in the middle of a project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this grey marker for shading over colored pencil or watercolor?
Yes, POSCA’s opaque acrylic paint applies smoothly over dry watercolor and colored pencil without picking up or dissolving the bottom layer.

How do I prevent the 0.7 mm tip from clogging?
Ensure the cap is clicked securely shut after use. If paint dries on the tip, soak the removable nib in warm water to clear dried pigment, reinsert, and pump to prime.

Is this grey shade warm or cool?
POSCA Grey No. 37 is a balanced neutral grey, making it universally adaptable for both warm-toned and cool-toned shading and rendering.
