Uni Kuru Toga Advance M5-559 Mechanical Pencil

Precision Engineering with 2x Rotating Engine: Uni Kuru Toga Advance M5-559

The Uni Kuru Toga Advance M5-559 takes rotating lead mechanics to the next level. Traditional mechanical pencils wear down on one side, resulting in uneven broad strokes and annoying lead dust. The Advance solves this with an upgraded W-Speed rotation core that turns the graphite 18 degrees every single time the tip leaves the paper—twice as fast as the standard Kuru Toga. Paired with a retractable sliding metal pipe guide, it delivers razor-sharp 0.5mm consistency across dense drafting, mathematical equations, and everyday note-taking without frustrating lead snaps.

Key Features

• Double-Speed Kuru Toga Engine: Rotates the lead every 20 strokes (18° per press) to maintain an ultra-sharp conical point and uniform line weight throughout long writing sessions.
• Sliding Pipe Guide Protection: The retractable metal sleeve retracts as you write, shielding delicate 0.5mm graphite against lateral pressure and preventing sudden breakages.
• Refined Ergonomic Profile: Sleek 142 mm barrel with a balanced 9.4 mm grip diameter and a low-profile pocket clip for effortless maneuverability and fatigue-free drafting.
• Vibrant Flame Red Finish: Contemporary matte-accented red body with a transparent front window showing the internal rotation gears actively engaging.
• Complete Writing Utility: Integrated refillable eraser under the push cap, fully compatible with standard 0.5mm high-polymer pencil leads.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Advance engine different from the standard Kuru Toga?
The Advance features the upgraded W-Speed mechanism that rotates 18 degrees per stroke (20 strokes for a full 360° rotation), whereas standard Kuru Toga models rotate 9 degrees per stroke (40 strokes). This higher rotation speed keeps the tip sharp even with cursive handwriting or quick light strokes.

Can I write without extending the lead past the metal sleeve?
Yes. The sliding pipe guide is engineered to glide back smoothly as the lead wears down, meaning you can write with almost zero exposed lead to eliminate snapping completely.

Does the pencil come with refill leads and an eraser?
Yes, the pencil includes a built-in eraser beneath the rear push button and comes paired with a lead refill pack and eraser accessory as pictured.

What is the customer service and cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment is confirmed. Post-purchase support is handled directly via email at szjyf@outlook.com.
