Tombow MONO Graph Pastel Mechanical Pencil 0.5mm

Tombow MONO Graph Pastel Mechanical Pencil 0.5mm

The Tombow MONO Graph Pastel Edition reimagines Japan's premier drafting shaker pencil in soft, muted cream tones paired with a transparent lower barrel. Measuring 147 mm in length, this precision 0.5mm instrument features Tombow's renowned "Frenock" internal shaker mechanism, allowing seamless lead extension with an effortless vertical wrist flick. For standard desk operation, clicking the sturdy spring-action pocket clip downwards also advances the lead. When packing the pencil into planners or pencil rolls, simply sliding the pocket clip upwards engages the shaker lock, immobilizing the internal weight to prevent accidental lead discharge.

Engineered for high-volume note-taking, sketching, and mathematical work, the pencil is balanced with a low center of gravity that anchors the tip steadily against the page. Its 10mm fixed drafting sleeve provides an unobstructed line of sight against straightedges while protecting the 0.5mm lead against snapping under firm downward pressure. At the top crown, a twist-action Tombow MONO eraser deploys smoothly without tearing paper fibers, offering clean, residue-free corrections whenever needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

• How does the shaker mechanism feed lead? An internal counterweight glides smoothly along the barrel. Shaking the pencil vertically directs the weight against the chuck mechanism, dispensing lead without repositioning your fingers.
• How do I activate the lock to stop lead advancing in my bag? Push the pocket clip upward until you feel it click into lock mode. This disengages the shaker weight completely.
• Can I refill the twist-up eraser? Yes. Twist the upper ring until the used eraser socket is exposed, remove the remaining stub, insert a Tombow ER-MG replacement eraser, and twist back down.
• What lead grades can be used with this pencil? Any standard 0.5mm polymer graphite lead (HB, B, 2B) works reliably with the internal brass clutch.
• How can I contact customer service regarding my purchase? Store inquiries can be sent directly to our official support email at szjyf@outlook.com. Orders are serviced post-sale, and full refunds are available anytime before shipment is confirmed.
