Engineered in Germany for dependable everyday drafting, note-taking, and sketching, the STAEDTLER Graphite 779 mechanical pencil combines precision lead guidance with all-day ergonomic comfort. Its spring-cushioned lead mechanism absorbs excess writing pressure to virtually eliminate lead breakage, while the fully retractable cylindrical guide pipe slides smoothly into the barrel to protect shirt pockets, pencil cases, and pencil tips when carried on the go.
