Frequently Asked Questions

How does the erasable ink on the Snowwhite C-512 work?
The pen uses thermo-sensitive liquid ink that becomes transparent when exposed to friction-generated heat. You can cleanly erase lines using a standard friction silicone eraser without paper damage.

Can I refill the Snowwhite C-512 with standard fountain pen ink cartridges?
No. The C-512 utilizes an integrated direct-liquid reservoir system designed for hassle-free, sealed, ready-to-write performance without needing separate ink cartridges or converters.

Is this pen suitable for delicate planner paper and bullet journals?
Yes. The hooded EF nib produces crisp, controlled fine lines that resist bleeding and feathering, making it ideal for compact planner grids, Hobonichi paper, and study revision cards.

What should I do if my writing accidentally disappears in extreme heat?
Because the ink reacts to temperature, placing your notebook or paper into a freezer (below -10°C / 14°F) for several hours will restore the disappeared writing.
