Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What makes the SEF nib ideal for office and accounting work?
A: The Super Extra Fine (SEF) nib measures approximately 0.38 mm, producing needle-thin, sharp lines. This fine ink release prevents bleed-through on porous paper and fits neatly within narrow accounting spreadsheets, planner grids, and study margins.

Q2: How do I fill the pen with bottled ink?
A: Twist off the barrel to expose the included piston converter. Submerge the nib entirely into your chosen fountain pen ink bottle, rotate the converter piston to draw ink upward into the reservoir, then wipe clean the nib section with a lint-free cloth.

Q3: Can I use disposable ink cartridges with this pen?
A: Yes. The PIMIO 916 accepts standard international size 2.6 mm bore fountain pen cartridges. Simply pull out the converter and push a new cartridge firmly into the feed until it clicks.

Q4: What is the customer support and refund policy?
A: Every order is managed with dedicated post-purchase care. For inquiries or support after placing your order, reach out to our team at szjyf@outlook.com. Full refunds can be requested at any time prior to order shipment confirmation.
