Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 0.3mm tip scratchy on regular paper?

No, Pilot's Synergy Tip design houses a microscopic carbide ball with an optimized ink channel that lubricates contact points, delivering an extraordinarily smooth tactile feel rare for a 0.3 mm nib.

Can I install a 0.3mm refill into my 0.4mm or 0.5mm Pilot Juice Up pen?

Yes, all Pilot Juice Up retractable pens share standard internal dimensions, enabling complete cross-compatibility across 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, and 0.5 mm refill sizes.

How do I ensure the refill does not dry out before installation?

Every refill is factory-sealed within individual foil pouches and features a protective polymer wax bead on the nib, keeping the pigment ink fresh until peeled before use.

What is the customer support and refund policy?

Support inquiries are processed post-purchase via szjyf@outlook.com. Full refunds can be requested at any time prior to order dispatch confirmation.
