Frequently Asked Questions

How does FriXion ink erase?
FriXion ink contains micro-encapsulated thermo-sensitive compounds. Rubbing the specialized elastomer stud against paper generates frictional heat that turns the ink completely transparent without tearing paper or leaving dust.

Can I write directly over the erased area?
Yes. Once erased, the paper surface remains clean and smooth, allowing instant rewriting with no smearing.

Is this pen suitable for legal documents or examination papers?
Because the ink reacts to heat, FriXion pens are not recommended for signatures, legal documents, official checks, or examination answer sheets.

What is the customer support and order policy?
Official store inquiries are handled through szjyf@outlook.com following order placement. Full refunds can be requested at any time prior to confirmed order shipment.
