Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do these pastel shades differ from standard brush sign pens?
A: These muted pastel shades offer a softer, lower-contrast aesthetic perfect for aesthetic journaling, botanical sketching, and gentle decorative accents that complement black writing ink.

Q: Can the pastel colors be layered or blended with water?
A: Yes. Because the water-based dye ink remains workable before drying completely, you can touch tips together for two-tone lettering or blend with a wet brush on heavyweight paper.

Q: Will these colors show through on standard notebook pages?
A: The rapid-drying water-based formula minimizes show-through and feathering on standard paper (80+ gsm) and performs exceptionally well on fountain pen friendly paper.

Q: How do I contact customer support regarding my order?
A: For any order inquiries, please reach out to our support team at szjyf@outlook.com with your order number. Support inquiries are addressed after order placement, and full refunds are available anytime before shipment is confirmed.
