Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can these pencils be used like standard colored pencils?
A: Yes. You can use them completely dry for precise sketching, hatching, and layering, or apply water later to dissolve pigments into watercolor washes.

Q: What is Faber-Castell SV bonding?
A: SV (Secural) bonding glues the pencil lead along the entire length of the wooden barrel, preventing the lead from cracking internally when dropped or sharpened.

Q: How do I activate the watercolor effect?
A: Simply dip a clean watercolor brush in water and gently stroke across your dry pencil drawing to blend and soften colors into smooth washes.

Q: What are your customer service and order cancellation policies?
A: For post-order support, contact us directly at szjyf@outlook.com. We do not provide pre-sale replies, but all inquiries are handled promptly after ordering. You may request a full refund at any time before order shipment is confirmed.
