Frequently Asked Questions

Can the marker ink be washed off glass or non-porous materials?
Yes, the ink adheres securely to smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass or metal but can be easily wiped away using water and a cloth or standard glass cleaner.

Will this marker bleed through standard paper?
The pigment-based water formulation is designed to sit on top of paper surfaces without bleeding through, making it safe for poster board, charts, and cardstock.

How do I start the ink flow on a new marker?
Keep the cap tightly closed and shake the marker thoroughly. Remove the cap, then gently depress the nib repeatedly against a scrap piece of paper until ink flows into the tip.
